Duties and responsibilities:
• Develop a timeline and a workplan to finalize all students’ related announcements per e-mail and SMS.
• Assist students in the registration and payment phase and in finding accommodation and acquiring long-stay student visa in Germany.
• Align the above-mentioned activities with the students’ financial affairs, travel office and the students’ affairs.
• Update regularly website related material with IT.
• Manage the inquiries received on GUC Berlin inbox and send out promotional material regularly received from Berlin Campus Coordinator.
• Prepare reports to university’s upper management regarding the program.
• Meet students and parents in office and answer their inquiries as well as take all phone calls.
• Lead the ushers team in holding a semester-based booth for promoting the program. In addition, prepare in coordination with the design office all related printed material.
• Compose draft correspondence (e-mails, mails, reports) for own or for the team.
• Create a professional filing system for the different cases as well as keep a log of all officially sent e-mails and forms.
• Assist in GUC Berlin promotional events on campus.
• Conduct internet searches on various local and international data/ topics requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to her/ him.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree.
• 2 - 4 years experience in a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and German language is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize and strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to quickly familiarize herself/himself with GUC culture, vision and mission.
• Must be well organized and focused to effectively manage time.
• Flexibility to manage many tasks and priorities simultaneously and deliver on commitments and deadlines.
• Self-starter, willing to take on special projects and initiatives Good research skills and attention to details.
