Responsibilities:

• Receives new applicants & provide information about admission application procedures.
• Handles admission test sessions:
• Advises applicants with academic and procedural requirements for successful admission application
• Updates applicants’ data in admission databases.
• Prescreens final high school certificates for applicants.
• Evaluates students’ high school certificates to decide the eligibility of applicants for desired study program & decide on tuition category.
• Assists in coordination of Aptitude Test sessions
• Holds presentations to school students to familiarize them with admission and procedural requirements.
• Assist in External Transfer Admission and registration

Qualifications:

• Primary teaching language at High School is English – a must
• Attainment of University/College Degree – a must

Requirements:

• Prior knowledge of high school educational systems – preferable
• Strong background in the educational/customer service field - preferable
• Very good English language command – spoken and written
• Fast typing skills (English and preferable Arabic)
• Microsoft office and outlook proficiency
• Very good communication skills – to be interactive with various staff members (face-to-face and over the phone)

• Initiative: to learn, brainstorm, troubleshoot problems and accommodate various inquiries

• Time management: to keep track of required tasks and delivers them within required time according to department needs
