Description
This course covers the synthesis, structure-activity relationship, metabolic pathways of drugs, including adrenergic agents, cholinergic agents. Antiallergic, antiulcerogenic drugs, steroids and hormones as well as vitamins.
The practical course involves qualitative and quantitative determinations, i.e., the special analytical methods described in pharmacopoeias including validation of the results.
