Job Description
• Handle the processing of the Internship submission cycles yearlong
• Update and create the submission cycles links for students and create communication content
• Review Students submissions for matching GUC – Guidelines
• Communicate with faculties’ members for technical feedback on students reports
• Consolidate the academics feedbacks and follow up on missing files
• Review & Monitor the data entry of all received internships on the internship system according to the
received feedback
• Prepare the reports of internship status in the graduation reports
• Conduct follow up calls and warning letters to students with incomplete duration
• Gather the information from academic professors for research internship opportunities at the GUC
• Prepare announcements and registration links for students
• Screen students applications and send confirmation e-mails
Other Administrative Tasks
• Handle students/alumni walk-ins, phones, e-mails on daily basis
• Handle administrative tasks related to all SCAD Office subsections
• Support in the operations of SCAD Mega events
• Conduct research according to the business needs
• Create Surveys and analyze data
Qualifications
• 0 to 2 years of experience
• HR or career services experience is preferable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skill
• Attentive to details
