Description

This course is concerned with understanding the fundamentals of digital image perception, representation, processing, and compression. It also involves applying different signal processing techniques on images but in a multi-dimensional fashion. The term ”image” refers, in a broader context, to any signal of more than one variable. The most common examples of these signals include still pictures and motion video.
