Description
A whole range of issues pertinent to a wide range of service organizations and sectors is captured in this course. It is structured to allow the emphasis on the various operations challenges across sectors or to focus on particular sectors and interests. Illustrations are provided from all types of service activities, such as Business-to-business services, Business-to-consumer services, Internal services, Government-to-consumer (public sector) services, Not-for-profit services, and also from a wide range of sectors such as: Hotel and catering, Leisure, Hospitals, Education, Legal services, Consulting, Police, Banking, Faith organizations, Software companies, Internet services, Retailers, Transport companies, Utilities, Charities, etc…
