Change is inevitable, and in today's organizations, change is occurring at an unprecedented rate. Due to a dynamic environments and global and regional instability,managers must be able to quickly devise and implement strategies to initiate desired change. This course focuses on the analysis of macro and micro organizational theories that address organizational design and change.
