Description
The course deals with the regulations and statutes for opening a Pharmacy. Pharmacy regulations concerning drug registration in Egypt and Germany, drug handling and licensing. Legislative topics related to book-keeping and administration of a pharmacy. Order in the pharmacy, laws regulating dispensing of drugs, narcotics law, with particular reference to laws in Egypt in comparison with other countries. Legal and risk management issues related to medication and dispensing errors.
