Description
Molecular effects of drugs at receptor sites, ion channels, signal transduction, action of drugs on the autonomic and central nervous systems, cardiovascular system, respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts, kidney, chemotherapeutic agents, anti cancer agents, drugs acting on the endocrines.
In the practical course, students will learn how to deal with experimental animals and how to investigate the mechanism of action of drugs by various in vitro and in vivo techniques.
