  3. Channel Coding Schemes Group codes Linear systematic codes Definition and properties Cyclic codes Hamming code, Abramson code, Fire code, BCH code, and RS code
  4. Convolutional Codes, Sequential Coding ad Decoding (Viterbi, ML)
  5. Coding and Decoding Circuits Combinatorial coding circuits, linear feedback shift register circuits, single and burst error correction
