Motivation of the Research Group:
To provide the civil engineering with a stronghold on construction management dealing with the overall process of implementing projects, from the early concept and design stage, through the construction period until decommissioning at the end of the project’s service. The entire project life-cycle is considered where every process step requires planning and optimization under managerial and technical aspects, within a certain resource environment and under varying conditions. Further, understand the overall socio-economic environment which also requires close attention.
