This Course is offered to 9th semester General Major
The course “Construction Contracts and Project Administration aims at making students aware of the importance of legal and contractual issues and due administration on and around construction projects and of the consequences if contractual issues are not taken serious. The main contractual terms and conditions of Standard Contract Forms will be introduced and put in relation to real case issues. These will be analysed and evaluated. Project Administration is considered an essential base for successful project implementation and a due management tool. The main ideas behind Project Administration in the different areas will be introduced with its basic application tools as well as its cross links to contract administration.
