About

Out of profound belief in the significance of music within a well balanced education, the GUC Music Academy aims to redefine the perception of music in Egypt.

Based on interconnected entities – the music ensemble, the music school, an academically oriented research program, and the community music – the academy sees its mission

- in providing students in various genres from classical to popular music on different level with theoretical knowledge and practical skills,

- in organizing and presenting concerts and workshops, hosting artists, scholars and performers, and turning the GUC into an important cultural hub.
