Dear GUC Alumni (Pharmacy),

The Faculty of Pharmacy and Biotechnology at the German University in Cairo is pleased to offer Ph.D. fellowships in Pharmaceutical Sciences in the following departments:

1. Pharmaceutical Chemistry
2. Pharmaceutical Biology
3. Biochemistry

The maximum duration of the fellowship is 3 years. Accepted candidates will work as teaching assistants and will contribute to teaching while pursuing their Ph.D.

Qualifications:

- Highly motivated GUC graduates with a Master’s Degree in one of the three offered programs awarded before 2026 from the GUC or a nationally/internationally recognized university.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in the field of the selected department is an advantage.
- Having a publication from the Master’s project in an international peer-reviewed journal is an advantage.
