The Minister of Environment Dr. Yasmine Fouad honored the GUC Faculty of Architecture students who participated in the proposal to develop the village of Al-Gharqana project in Nabq in order to integrate biodiversity conservation into tourism in Egypt. The cooperation between the GUC and the Ministry contributed to giving the GUC students an opportunity to communicate with the community and activate the role of youth as one of the axes of sustainable development.

It also helped enrich the educational process and gave young people an opportunity to present various proposals to decision-makers. Minister Fouad expressed her thanks and appreciation to the students and presented a shield of honor to Prof. Dr. Yasser Hegazy, GUC President, and certificates of appreciation to the participating students.
