GUC Graduate Tarek Wael Listed on Prinze Magazine as One of the Most Influential Globally

GUC Faculty of Pharmacy and Biotechnology graduate Tarek Wael, is considered a model of a successful ambitious Egyptian whose name emerged as one of the most influential in the world. Wael decided to shift his career to become a specialist and leader in discovering and developing people’s skills and talents, and therefore created his own company “Grow as You Go” where he established innovated rules and modern technologies to help address the challenges facing young people to contribute to providing solutions to deal with the difficulties of daily life, whether personal or professional.Through his influential activities and persistence, Tarek Wael succeeded in increasing his followers and supporters through social media through the cultural App “the Club House” through which he established “From the Ocean to the Gulf” initiative to promote cultural and knowledge exchange between Arab and foreign countries.

 

Consequently, Wael made a clear imprint in this field and became a consultant in the arts of leadership and one of the most important coaches for professional development and personal branding. He also gained the attention of the prestigious Swedish international Prinze magazine, which announced his selection among the 500 most influential people in the world in the magazine’s list that includes entrepreneurs and influential leaders known for their success and their positive impact in helping others.

 

In addition, Tariq Wael, who is currently the Director of the Learning and Development Unit in one of the largest Emirati companies, won the first place in 2021 in the global competition organized by the ATD Global Foundation in Las Vegas, USA, specialized in training and developing the skills and talents of its members, where the foundation relied on presenting innovative ideas and value that benefit the humanity in selecting its winners. Wael’s winning idea was based on adopting a new style of remote communication using dynamic platforms that contribute to increasing support for social cohesion ties and strengthening the link between individuals to create an interactive audio community for professionals through the Club House application and allows its users to exchange opinions, news and experiences, share information and hold jobs remotely. GUCian Tarek Wael worked as a consultant for organizational and leadership development projects with high-level government entities, and participated as the first Arab and Egyptian speaker in the World Business and Executive Training Summit (WBECS) in 2020, one of the largest international summits in the field of business and coaching.
