1. What is the MBA Program?

   
 

The Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is a management education program that provides all students with a general knowledge in all business functional areas and with an in-depth knowledge in three of these areas. In addition to the Strategic Management area, students are to select two of the following areas according to their personal development prospects:

 
 
  •  Finance
  •  Management Control
  •  Marketing
  •  Operations & Production Management
  •  Human Resources & Organizational Behavior
  •  Information Systems
  •  International Business
  •  Strategic Management
  •  Innovation & Technology Management
 

A project with Thesis is to be prepared by students in order to deeply explore a management issue in which they integrate theory and practice.


 

2. What is the MSc-tb Program?

   
 

The Master of Science in Technology-Based Management (MSc-tb) combines the general management knowledge with the basic knowledge needed to manage institutions operating in the Hi-Tech industries. After covering all the key business disciplines, participants of this program are required to choose one of the above mentioned management areas of specialization in addition to strategic management and to 14 hours of technology courses from the following:

 
  •  Pharmacy & Biotechnology
  •  Engineering & Material Science
  •  Media Engineering & Technology
 



3. Curriculum

   
 

Non-Business Graduates have to take a set of general management courses in the first two semesters in order to be qualified for the majors.

            First Semester

4. Human Resources Management

            Second Semester

8. Corporate Finance

9. Decision Analysis

4. Academic Load

   
 

.: Overall duration of the program: 2 years (4 semesters).

 

.: Maximum overall duration of the program: 4 years (8 semesters), if duration is expanded due    to lower course-load per semester.
